Security Pacific Real Estate's offices are located at the corner of Fair Oaks and Madison Avenue in Fair Oaks, California. Our building is equipped with a basement parking garage and you are welcome to use the Free Valet Parking. You can ride the elevator to the 3rd floor and be welcomed into our spacious 8000 square foot office without having to face the weather.Our Clients and Realtors® also enjoy having their cars detailed while attending to business needs in the office.

I am an active member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors® and a licensed Real Estate Agent with the CA Department of Real Estate. I have been licensed since 1991, although I took nearly 15 years and worked in the title and escrow industry, where I also trained new agents for several local and national brokerage firms in Marketing, Closing Successful Transactions, Client Services (all directly relating to Title and Escrow services) and Business Ethics. I represent buyers of property of all types from first-time home buyers to move-up buyers and savvy real estate investors. I also list homes and other Real Estate for sale with a specialized focus on Premier Homes.
