Great place to work out if you don't need the frills. No pool, spa or showers, but plenty of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. It is clean and well air-conditioned. The only negatives are that they are not prompt to replace the battery in the one rowing machine when it goes bad, and they don't keep a close eye on the paper towels in the restroom. But, five members of my family are members for under $45/mo, with no contract. It's tough to beat.

i have tried a variety o of earcandles thu out the years, but i love this brand. They extracted so much toxins and wax I needed fewer candles than the others. Excellent candles. Thank you. Maria

I have been using "In your Ear" for many years. I was able to find them in Elliott's but I think they are sold in other health food stores as well. These candles are the only candles that work for me. They extract more wax from my ears then all the other brands I tried. I would recommend them to anyone who has alot of wax in the ears.

Good gym for working out. Nothing fancy - not as up to date as the newer ones like Natomas, Roseville and Rocklin, but quite functional. Full size gym for Basketball, single raquetball court, treadmills, etc. Only rate four stars as it is old.

Curves in Antelope is a great place to work out. Everyone is friendly, the place is very clean and as a result of the workouts, I am in better shape and no longer have back pain. The Curves Smart Program is a computer based program that monitors my progress each time I workout and lets me know how I did and what I need to work on. The staff are caring and supportive and always willing to help.

The staff here is very friendly and informative. I have had a wonderful experience with working out. I have learned better nutrion and workout habits. There are always fun contest to promote well being going on.

I have been going there for my beauty needs for 6.5 years. Ok I do have my favorite hairdresser there. (Janet) There are some fantastic hair stylists there, because I have seen their work as I am getting my hair done. It on the corner of Q Street and Watt Avenue right behind the Quick Quac car wash.
Total Image salon is up beat and trendy, with all the lastest products.
You won't go wrong for all you beauty needs.

I had two wonderful experiences with this salon. My stylist, Clela was absolutely amazing. I was nervous bringing my 5 month old there, just in case he got fussy, but they totally accomodated us! I received a great cut, and the best color ive ever had. The environment is professional and relaxing. I couldnt have asked for anything more!! The prices were lower than expected, and definetly fair-Especially considering the amazing service. I felt totally pampered. I definetly wont go anywhere else.

my mother and i both get our hair done by cheri. i do not see why some people have aproblem with her. she is the owner who works along with the other hairstylists. she does talk on the phone, but she does a good job. what can she say? she has a life too. she is also very connected with her clients. she engages in conversations with them. she is also very open to redoing your style if you are not completely satisfied. the atmosphere of the salon is fun and inviting. they have been rerenovationg the salon and it has been working out great. there is no one at the front desk bcz they are in process of hiring someone, however all of the ladies there work together to schedule and chart appointments and help one another.
overall a great pplace to get your hairdone and relax and talk.

I've been a loyal customer of Total Image for at least 20 years. My hair stylist is Hilda, and I followed her there, and have been going to her for 30 years. I've never had a problem.
I have noticed a few having issues with Sherri through the years. My experience has not been bad. She always has a smile and asks how I am. I think there is a mislabeling of her? I think she is quiet by nature and keeps to herself. She has many steady customers...so maybe she like everyone else has bad moments. We are only human. Sometimes we are all guilty of missing the mark.
My suggestion is to make an appointment, and I am confident one will be treated professionally

I have been going to Janet at this salon for 6 years. She has always taken good care of me, never had a bad hair cut or color. She is very professional and listens to her clients needs and wants.
